Managed AI

AI is not a project you finish.
It is an environment you run.

Someone has to administer it, keep it locked down, answer the employee who is stuck, and show leadership what actually happened. That is the difference between a pilot that fades out and an adoption that sticks, and it is what Managed AI does, every month.

Rollouts end.
The landscape
doesn't stop moving.

New models, new tools, new risks, every month. Managed AI is how your business keeps up without making it anyone's second job: we run the environment, and you get the gains.

  • 01

Adoption fades without an owner.Licenses lapse, settings drift, the champion who set everything up changes roles. We own the upkeep, so momentum doesn't depend on any one person.

  • 02

Governance only works if someone is watching.A policy without monitoring is a hope. We keep the guardrails enforced and the sensitive-data detection running.

  • 03

Your people need somewhere to ask.The employee stuck mid-task at 2pm either gets an answer or gives up on the tool. We are the answer.

  • 04

Leadership deserves a straight report. What is being used, what it is saving, where the risks are, monthly, in a report you can read without a translator.

What Managed AI includes.

Six things, delivered month after month.

01

Workspace and user administration

Accounts, licenses, access and updates across whichever platforms you run, managed under business accounts you control, kept current as the tools change.

02

Security oversight and vendor liaison

Ongoing security oversight of your AI environment, and we deal with the AI vendors on your behalf, escalations, licensing questions, account issues.

03

Usage monitoring and monthly reporting

We watch how AI is actually being used and report monthly on usage, risks and what changed, written for leadership, not for translators.

04

Employee AI help desk

Your people have somewhere to ask, prompt questions, stuck workflows, "is this safe to paste" calls, with support hours included every month.

05

AI governance monitoring

Per-user monitoring that shows which AI tools are in use and flags sensitive data before it leaves your control, the visibility layer behind your policy.

06

Policy enforcement and updates

Your AI use policy enforced day to day and updated as tools and regulations change, so governance stays current instead of framed and forgotten.

Three tiers.

Every tier includes AI governance monitoring and monthly support hours. From there, pick how hands-on you want us.

Essentials

Core management

Everything above: workspace and user administration, policy enforcement and updates, usage monitoring and monthly reporting, security oversight, vendor liaison and the employee AI help desk.

Professional

Management — plus momentum

Everything in Essentials, plus builder support for the automations your team creates, quarterly usage reviews, and a standing training cadence so skills keep pace with the tools.

Concierge

We do everything

Everything in Professional, plus included build hours, leadership dashboards, an annual workflow refresh and a priority SLA. For businesses that want AI handled, start to finish.

The Manage stage —
where adoption sticks.

Managed AI is the fourth stage of our journey, after Learn, Assess and Govern. Most clients arrive here with a rollout done and a simple question: who keeps this running? We do.

  • One partner accountable for your whole AI environment
  • A monthly usage and risk report leadership actually reads
  • Guardrails that stay enforced, not just written down
  • Employees who get unstuck instead of giving up on the tools
  • A steady read on what's next, filtered to what matters for you

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

What do your AI services cost?

The lunch & learn and AI assessment are free. The AI Adoption Package is a one-time flat rate by company size, $3,000 under 10 employees, $5,000 under 25, $8,000 under 50. Workflow and agent builds are quoted flat-rate per project, and Managed AI is $150 per user per month.

Is our data used to train someone else's model?

No. We deploy business-grade tools inside your own tenant or account under your own agreements, and we commit to no training on client data. You own your policies, workflows and data, and we export them cleanly if you ever leave.

Which AI platform will you put us on?

Whichever genuinely fits. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner and deploy Copilot, and we use Claude and ChatGPT in our own business daily. The recommendation follows your stack and your licensing costs, not a vendor quota.

Do we need to switch IT providers to work with you on AI?

No. Our AI practice runs as a standalone engagement alongside your current provider. If you would rather consolidate, our managed IT, cloud and cybersecurity services are here, but that is your call, not a condition.

Where should a business our size start with AI?

With the free lunch & learn, two hours with your whole team, tailored to how your people work, followed by a free assessment of how AI is already being used across your business. From there you decide whether the Adoption Package makes sense.
